I was a little apprehensive about going with an orthodontist that sees so many patients because I was unsure the quality of care, but I was blown away. They have great systems in place and... seem like a well oiled machine. I got to chat with the treatment coordinator and doctor and felt like an actual person and not like either of them were rushing to get me through and onto the next patient. The lady who handled with finance/payments did a... great job explaining to me everything. That time, they were having a “deal or no deal” discounts — that was really fun. From then on, every time I come for my ortho adjustments, I feel like I’m just hanging out with some friends. That’s how fun they are.
