I was a little apprehensive about going with an orthodontist that sees so many patients because I was unsure the quality of care, but I was blown away. They have great systems in place and... seem like a well oiled machine. The lady who handled with finance/payments did a... great job explaining to me everything. That time, they were having a “deal or no deal” discounts — that was really fun. From then on, every time I come for my ortho adjustments, I feel like I’m just hanging out with some friends. That’s how fun they are.
