I’ve been treating with Redemption Orthodontics for about 7 months now. The staff at both locations are very warm and very welcoming. During treatment, the staff tends to walk me through what they’re doing while they’re doing it. Dr. Michael always explains the course of treatment— what’s currently being done, why, and the intended result. He then explains what will be done next and why. The overall informative way Redemption treats is one of my favorite things. I would wholeheartedly recommend them for any orthodontic treatment. The service is next to no another and I’m excited to share the results when I’m done with my treatment.

They are very professional, flexible, and accommodating. All of the staff are kind, patient, and helpful. They also have bilingual staff who speak both Spanish and English, which makes communication very easy. Highly recommended!

If I could give Redemption Orthodontic 10,000/10 stars, I absolutely would! From the moment you walk through the door, you’re treated like family. The doctors are incredible—so knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely caring. They take the time to explain everything and make sure you’re comfortable every step of the way. The staff is just as amazing! Everyone is so friendly, welcoming, and always has a smile on their face. They make every visit enjoyable and go above and beyond to provide outstanding care. I couldn’t be happier with my experience and highly recommend Redemption Orthodontic to anyone looking for an orthodontist. They truly are the best! Also, a HUGE plus is that they are a Christian establishment and you can feel that from the second you walk in 🥰
