What cookies are

Categories we use

Strictly necessary (always on)

Needed for the site to load, stay secure, and remember your cookie choice. They do not track you across other sites.

Analytics (only if you accept)

Google Analytics 4 tells us how many people visit, which pages they read, and whether the site works well on their devices. It runs through Google Tag Manager with Google Consent Mode, so nothing is measured until you accept. We use the reports to improve the site. Analytics never runs on our contact, consultation request, or payment calculator pages, whatever you chose.

Advertising

We do not use advertising cookies or pixels on this site. If that changes, this page and the Privacy Policy will be updated first and the tools will run only with your consent.

Session recording and heat mapping

We do not use them. The site does not record your mouse movements, scrolling, keystrokes, or taps.

Third-party content that is not a cookie

Some pages load content from other companies. Loading it sends your IP address and the page address to that company, and the company may set its own cookies under its own policy:

• PracticeBeacon / GoHighLevel (contact, refer-a-friend and consultation pages): our forms and booking calendar are hosted by our scheduling provider and load from api.leadconnectorhq.com and link.practicebeacon.com.
• Google Maps (office location pages): the office maps load from Google.
• OpenStreetMap: the interactive map elsewhere on the site loads its tiles from OpenStreetMap.
• YouTube: where a page links to one of our videos, the video opens on YouTube and Google’s privacy policy applies from that point.
• InLinks (all pages): a script from jscloud.net that adds related links between our own pages. In our testing it set no cookies.

Managing cookies in your browser

Besides our banner, every browser lets you view, delete, and block cookies. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop parts of the site from working. Instructions: Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge.

Changes to this policy

We update this page whenever a cookie or third-party tool is added, changed, or removed, before the change goes live. The “Last updated” date at the top shows the most recent revision.
